Today (well, yesterday, technically..) it was/is Red Nose Day, Comic Relief, and it is SUCH a worthy cause. Comic Relief is one of the biggest British charity organisations in the UK that raises money for Africa and disadvantaged people in the UK. The money raised can make a big impact no matter how small the donation is. Here is a list of what the money goes to:

I heard this morning that Steve Irwin has died and it's very sad news. Steve used to live life on the edge and some of the things he has done were so whacky but it may be a suprise to know that I didn't think he'd actually end up dead because of it. =( It was a tragedy and what makes it even worse is... he was extremely unlucky. A stingray hardly ever attacks, it only attacks when in fear and when it does attack, it hardly ever kills. Well, it depends where it goes because in this case it went straight through the heart and poor Steve had no chance. As the PM of Australia said, it was a freak disaster. Anyway... RIP Steve. You'll be missed.

Hmm.. so yeah. I decided to post a poll. Heh. I haven't used that LJ feature before and I thought what the heck... let's do it!
It's 2.10am and the weather is absolutely pants. This morning I went out to town and it was pissing down then I came back and I went back out with the full intention of buying The Sims 2 but came back with dog bones instead. haha I treat my dog more than me!! =)

My mother came down our house today and as normal, all she talked about was E-bay. *sigh* She forced me to put up a listing to sell something and now I have and I also changed my paypal settings, like she has been telling me to do for the past 100000000000000000000 years and I've finally done it. So maybe now she will get off my case!

I haven't drawn for ages and now I'm trying to draw a person... something I just can't get my head around. Sometimes I wish I was into anime more than I am because the faces look so easy to draw! But when I'm sketching a *real* person the face looks a bit, er, messed up and the hair is even worse. I can do noses better than hair, and that is saying something! Maybe I should stick to animals. =)

Edit: My LJ is looking too girlie... I need some new colours. Maybe I should have put the previous poll to better use. *sigh*

It's been really hot again today and I think I've been out too much because I developed a headache. At 5.30 my mother called me and asked if I wanted to go for a few drinks and I've been making up excuses for absolutely ages but decided I couldn't anymore... so I had a couple of drinks and of course, I couldn't take any pills for my headache. :( So I went to bed. Feeling a bit better but it's still there, can feel it.

On a lighter note, I found my exam certificates. Huzzah!
